The percentage of consumers with a telehealth claim increased slightly both nationally and in every U.S. census region in May 2025, according to FAIR Health's Monthly Telehealth Regional Tracker. The proportion of consumers using telehealth services rose from 14.2% in April to 14.3% in May.
