Third Sector & AISP Partner With Five Governments To Improve Outcomes For Vulnerable Families & Children

On September 27, 2017 Third Sector Capital Partners, Inc. (Third Sector) and Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy (AISP) at the University of Pennsylvania announced that they will partner with five governments to improve outcomes for vulnerable families and children.  The $2.4 million effort, funded by a 2016 Social Innovation Fund grant, will provide assistance to develop integrated data system and pay-for-performance contracting.
