Turn Key Health Starts Four-Year, $8 Million Jail Medical Contract With Cascade County, Montana

On September 1, 2022, Turn Key Health LLC started a four-year contract valued at $2 million per year to provide inmate medical services at the Cascade County, Montana Adult Detention Center. Turn Key Health replaces Alluvion Health which exited its four-year contract after one year.

The former contractor, Alluvion Health, notified the county in late December 2021, about its intentions to exit the contract, which had been awarded in April 2021.
