United Cerebral Palsy Joins Partners Health FIDA Plan For Dually Eligible I/DD Adults

On November 29, 2016, United Cerebral Palsy of New York City (UCP of NYC) announced it had joined the five Downstate ARCs in the Partners Health Plan (PHP) Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) plan for dually eligible adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). UCP of NYC will be a participating provider organization. The PHP FIDA-IDD model integrates a wide range of Medicaid state plan and waiver services to be provided in conjunction with UCP of NYC’s and ARC’s full range of disabilities services, education, technology, and living supports.
