UnitedHealthcare & Kaia Health Launch A New Virtual Physical Therapy Program

On April 11, 2022, UnitedHealthcare announced the introduction of a new Virtual Physical Therapy (PT) program for eligible UnitedHealthcare members with musculoskeletal (MSK) issues and who could benefit from physical therapy support. The program is available nationwide as a buy-up option for employers with self-funded health plans. Information is not available regarding how many members may be eligible for the program.
