Up To 4.7% Of Undergraduate College Students In The U.S Have Been Diagnosed With Autism

The percentage of college students with autism in the United States is estimated at 0.3% to 4.7%, according to a recent study. Only about two-thirds of students with autism disclose their diagnosis with their post-secondary institution.

The researchers conducted a review of 13 data sources. The data revealed that 42.9% to 47.0% of high school students with autism continue on to college.
