Up To 55% Of French Adults With Chronic Conditions Prefer Remote Care; Up To 51% Would Switch For Earlier Appointments
Between 25% and 55% of French adults with long-term chronic conditions reported preferring remote over in-person consultations with their referring physician. Among those with an in-person appointment scheduled within 20 days, 20% to 51% said they would be willing to switch to an earlier remote consultation with a different physician. Willingness to switch was higher among participants reporting new or worsening symptoms.
