Vermont Child Welfare Preparing To Launch Results-Oriented Management Project In Spring 2015

The Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services Division (FSD) is preparing to implement the Results Oriented Management (ROM) Report tool by the spring of 2015. The tool will allow FSD staff to have access to detailed daily data about the performance of its child welfare and youth justice system. FSD anticipates that the real-time data will help it better track case practice and outcomes at the district, supervisor, and worker level.
