Vermont Governor Proposed Public-Private Project To Create Forensic Psych Bed Capacity
Vermont lacks forensic hospital bed capacity, according to a state facility analysis. To address the problem, the governor’s administration has proposed a public-private partnership to create a 925-bed facility to create the needed capacity. The proposal is under debate by the legislature.
