Washington Issues RFP For Hepatitis C Medications With An Annual Spending Ceiling

On January 22, 2019, the Washington State Heath Care Authority (HCA) released a request for proposals (RFP 3233) seeking a contractor to provide direct acting antiviral medications for hepatitis C virus (HCV) for populations covered by a state agency health plan. The HCA purchase model is a fixed unit price with an annual maximum dollar threshold.
