The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) seeks a contractor to help the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, WA Cares Division of the Home and Community Living Administration, launch the new WA Cares public long-term care program. The contractor will outline and manage the responsibilities and expectations between the WA Cares Community Assistance Network and a group of lead community-based organizations (CBOs) in ensuring equitable access to WA Cares benefits for state residents who have contributed to the WA Cares Fund.;
