West Virginia Offers $2 Million To Expand Home Dialysis Access

As part of its Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Personal Health Accelerator (PHA) initiative, West Virginia announced a competitive funding West Virginia is offering up to $2 million through its Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to establish a Home Dialysis Access Program intended to increase use of home dialysis among people with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease (ESRD), particularly in rural and underserved communities. The state is seeking a grantee capable of operating the program statewide or across multiple counties and ultimately expanding beyond a limited pilot population.
