On July 1, 2019, the West Virginia Department of Heath and Human Resources (DHHR) released a request for proposals (RFP BMS1900000001) seeking bids from managed care organizations (MCOs) to provide statewide physical and behavioral health managed care services for children and youth in the foster care system and for individuals receiving adoption assistance.
