Wisconsin Corrections Awards Sex Offender Supervision & Escort Contract To Matt Talbot Recovery Services
On January 6, 2014, Matt Talbot Recovery Services, Inc. started a two-year contract valued at $1.3 million, providing direct supervision escort services for sex offenders under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Division of Community Corrections. The statewide contract runs through January 5, 2016, followed by the possibility of three one-year renewal terms. The services are for an estimated 25 sexually violent persons (SVPs) approved for transition to the community under court-ordered supervised release.
