Wisconsin Launches Independent Living Supports Pilot Program
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) launched the Independent Living Supports Pilot (ILSP) program. The pilot is focused on older adults and adults with disabilities in 16 counties who have income below 300% of the federal poverty level. The pilot will offer participants up to $7,200 over a 12-month period to cover costs for one-time, periodic, or continuing services to help them remain in their homes and avoid entering a nursing home.
