The Wisconsin Medicaid program is rebidding its long-term care contracts with managed care organizations (MCOs) in two regions. In a request for proposals (1545 DMS-24) released on February 5, 2025, the state seeks a contractor to provide services in geographic service regions (GSR) 2 and 7 for the Family Care Program and the Family Care Partnership Program.
