Wisconsin’s Sauk County Picks New Jail Medical Services Provider

On January 1, 2017, Advanced Correctional Healthcare (ACH) started a two-year contract valued at $353,000 per year to provide correctional medical services to jail inmates in Sauk County, Wisconsin. AHC will provide correctional health care services for the detainees housed at the Sauk County Jail and Huber Facility located in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The facility houses male and female detainees, and has an average daily population of 167. There are approximately 131 county inmates and 36 out-of-county inmates housed at this location.
