Assessing the Performance of Consumer Directed and Tailored Services within Home & Community Based Services
William A.B. Ditto, M.S.W., director of the Division of Disability Services for the State of New Jersey, gave this presentation at The Hilltop Institute Symposium on Thursday, June 11, 2009.
