Debbie Atkins, MAC, LPC, Vice President, Growth, and Neeraj Joshi, Senior Director Of Product Management of Carelon Behavioral Health, discussed their Crisis Administrative Service Organization (crisis ASO) model. This model serves as an “air traffic control” center and provides oversight of the crisis system. Using technology, the ASO can link multiple crisis providers and services within a single proprietary platform, which enables closed-loop referrals.
