Cooking Up Confidence With Culinary Connections: A Culinary Education Demonstration
This presentation took place at The 2025 OPEN MINDS Technology & Analytics Institute. Leslie Lawrence, Culinary Director at Easterseals PORT Health, presented an interactive, accessible culinary education for individuals with disabilities. By using adaptive tools, technology, and personalized instruction, clients are able to reduce barriers to participation and promote independence beyond the classroom.
