Cooking Up Confidence With Culinary Connections: A Culinary Education Demonstration

This presentation took place at The 2025 OPEN MINDS Technology & Analytics Institute. Leslie Lawrence, Culinary Director, Easterseals PORT Health presented on Culinary Connections, by Easterseals PORT Health, an interactive, accessible culinary education for individuals with disabilities. By using adaptive tools, technology, and personalized instruction, they are able to reduce barriers to participation and promote independence beyond the classroom.
