One Year Later: Where We Are With 988

This presentation took place at The 2023 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute. Wendy Martinez Farmer, LPC, MBA, Regional Vice President National Crisis Center Of Excellence for Carelon Behavioral Health provided an update on Carelon’s (formerly Beacon Health Options) strategy and crisis response model and what they see ahead on the road to year two. Ms. Martinez Farmer also identified new opportunities to strengthen crisis response services and build/expand new programs to help consumers on their recovery journeys.
