Washington Health Home MFFS Demonstration: Fifth Evaluation Report

On January 11, 2022, RTI International published this fifth evaluation report of the Washington Health Home financial alignment initiative (FAI) with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). The Washington Health Home FAI is a managed fee-for-service (MFFS) demonstration people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
