On February 9, 2021, the Indiana Department of Child Services Families published this First Prevention Services Act Information as of January 2021. These services are provided to families who have had a substantiated incident of abuse and/or neglect, but, where DCS believes the child(ren) can remain in the home with the introduction of appropriate services to the entire family.
