Kansas House Appropriations Committee Response To A Plan To Lift The Moratorium On Voluntary Admissions At Osawatomie State Hospital

The report was released on March 5, 2020, by the Kansas House Appropriations Committee. The plan was presented by the Kansas Department for Aging & Disability Services (KDADS). KDADS was directed to submit a report with a plan for ending the moratorium on voluntary admissions to Osawatomie State Hospital, and increase the limit of involuntary patients above the current limit of 166 people.
