The Utah Governor’s Office of Management and Budget issued the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on March 6, 2020. The Blueprint calls for integrating case management data from across programs to give case workers greater situational awareness about the individual’s history and progress, with that individual’s consent. Case management data are standardized to specific fields that keep both case workers and individuals accountable for identifying and meeting clear milestones.
