On April 7, 2020, the Society for Healthcare Organization Procurement Professionals (SHOPP) released an analysis of emergency, unfunded, marginal PPE costs incurred by skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers treating individuals with COVID-19. The calculations are based on current market pricing and CDC guidelines per CMS’ April 2nd, 2020 guidance.
