Orange County MHSA Innovation Project Plan: Behavioral Health System Transformation
The document was released on April 21, 2019, by the Orange County Health Care Agency. It is the county's application submitted to the California Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission for project to be funded by the state's Mental Health Services Act.
