Atlas Of Integrated Behavioral Health Care Quality Measures; Integration Framework & Associated Core Measures

The report represents the first phase of an initiative to develop measures to assess the quality of integrated care in 11 functional domains related to clinical functions, enabling functions, and outcomes . Nine previously developed quality measures validated for other applications, were selected because they have components that describe specific structural characteristics, actions, and outcomes that can be observed during integrated behavioral health care. The report describes each measure and how they apply to each functional domain.
