Colorado House Bill 19-1237 Licensing Behavioral Health Entities
On June 30, 2019, the Colorado House of Representatives published this House Bill (HB) 19-1237, relating to licensing behavioral health entities (BHEs). This bill was signed into law on June 30, 2019. The law combined BHE licensure requirements of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the Department of Human Services (DHS).
