Oregon Measure 110: Drug Addiction Treatment & Recovery Act
On August 19, 2019, the Oregon Drug Policy Alliance introduced Measure 110: Drug Addiction Treatment & Recovery Act to state legislature. Oregon Measure 110 was on the ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute on November 3, 2020, and was approved. The law went into effect on February 1, 2021, and will be implemented over the next decade by the state officials at the Oregon Health Authority.
