On August 19, 2019, the Oregon Drug Policy Alliance introduced Measure 110: Drug Addiction Treatment & Recovery Act to state legislature. Oregon Measure 110 was on the ballot in Oregon as an initiated state statute on November 3, 2020, and was approved.
