Appeals Court Ruling In Jones, et al., v. Florida
On September 11, 2020, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta issued this ruling on whether a Florida law permitting felony offenders to vote only after they had met all the terms of their sentence was valid.
