Provider Relief Fund Phase 3: Payment Calculation Methodology

On September 21, 2021, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published this payment calculation methodology for phase 3 of the Provider Relief Fund. The federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will use existing Medicaid, CHIP and Medicare claims data in calculating a fourth distribution of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) provider organization relief funds.
