Multnomah County Audit: Services For People With Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities; Quality Of Care At Risk

In October 2019, the Multnomah County Auditor's Office released a report on the Multnomah County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services Division's ability to provide quality services and care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The audit found that the Division's ability to provide quality care is at risk due state-mandated changes resulting in inadequate funding, high caseloads, and turnover.
