U.S. Department Of Justice Resolution With Purdue Pharma & Sackler Settlement Agreement For Execution
On October 21, 2020, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) published a global resolution of its criminal and civil investigations into the opioid manufacturer Purdue Pharma LP (Purdue), and a civil resolution of its civil investigation into individual shareholders from the Sackler family.
