Medicaid EHR Incentive Program: State Launch Dates

In November 2012, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an update to its Medicaid EHR Incentive Program state launch date document. The Medicaid EHR Incentive Program is a voluntary program established by Congress, administered individually by each State and territory.
