Report To The Governor & The General Assembly of Virginia: Review Of The Children’s Services Act & Private Special Education Day School Costs

On November 16, 2020, the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) published review of the Children's Services Act and private special education day school costs for the Virginia Governor and the General Assembly of Virginia.
