This presentation took place on November 15, 2022. Attendees heard about the advancement of behavioral health clinically integrated networks that partner with primary care, specialists, and hospitals to improve coordinated access to care and improve communication. These ONEcare Networks by Alera Health are provider-governed, professionally managed, and partner with payers, managed care organizations, hospitals, and other Accountable Care Organizations in pay-for-performance programs which incentivize improved patient health and mental health outcomes; lowering ED/Inpatient utilization by as much as 70% while cutting 30-day readmission rates by 50%.
