When Gary Russell, a manager at KidsPeace’s Bowdon, Georgia residential treatment center, saw the dedication and commitment of his colleagues, he wanted to make a statement. So, he went out and had a banner made and hung it over the employee entrance at our Bowdon campus.
It reads: “Heroes work here.”
