The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services awarded six contracts for Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) in Geographic Service Region (GSR) 5. The contracts were for the Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs. Family Care covers state-plan LTSS; the contracts were awarded to Community Care, Inc. (CCI), Inclusa, Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI), and Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin, Inc. (My Choice Wisconsin (MCW)). Family Care Partnership covers state plan LTSS plus home- and community-based services (HCBS); the contracts were awarded to MCW, Independent Care Health Plan (iCare), and CCI.
