OPEN MINDS Announces Two Seminars Slated For The 2024 Performance Management Institute – Value-Based Partnerships Plus Growth Via Mergers & Acquisitions
Gettysburg, PA. (November 12, 2023) — On February 13th, OPEN MINDS will hold two half-day seminars at The 2024 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute in Clearwater Beach, Florida – one on growth through mergers and acquisitions; the other on successful value-based health plan partnerships.
The day will kick off with Getting To The Right Scale: The OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Growth Through Mergers, Acquisitions & Affiliations led by OPEN MINDS Senior Associates Ken Carr and Joe Naughton-Travers, EdM. Back by popular demand, and updated with new market models, this seminar will examine growth strategies and successful implementation plans from previous combinations and collaborations occurring in the health and human services field.
Attendees will discover how to design effective strategies for growth and scale, assess options for growth – from investors to mergers, and identify prospective organizational partners, and how to overcome the challenges to create successful collaborations.
Then, later in the same day, we dive into strategies for How To Build (& Succeed With) Value-Based Payer Partnerships: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Best Practices In Marketing, Negotiating & Contracting With Health Plans.
This half-day event is focused on practical strategies that your organization can implement to develop and thrive in payer relationships. OPEN MINDS industry experts Richard Louis, III, Vice President, Western Region, and Christy Dye, MPH, Senior Associate, will break down processes for determining what metrics payers are tied to, aligning programs and services with the goals of the payers in your market, and how to showcase data in a way that proves your service lines can achieve both high-quality outcomes and lower costs.
