GETTYSBURG, Pa (December 11, 2022)—The 2023 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute, scheduled for February 14 through 16, 2023, in Clearwater Beach, Florida, will prepare specialty provider organizations, health plans, and payers with the strategies and skills needed to improve organizational performance. Featuring 30 sessions specifically designed to support executive attendees in the health and human services industry, the three-day institute offers live and virtual sessions.
The only executive event focused on organizational performance for those serving consumers with complex needs, executive leaders of primary and specialty care provider organizations won’t want to miss the session line-up. The institute begins Tuesday, February 14, with two seminars. “Getting To The Right Scale: The OPEN MINDS Seminar On Successful Mergers, Acquisitions, & Affiliations” will be delivered by OPEN MINDS’ Senior Associates, Ken Carr and Joe Naughton-Travers. Tuesday, February 15, will also feature The 2023 OPEN MINDS CFO Summit led by OPEN MINDS’ Senior Associates, Ken Carr and Ray Wolfe, J.D.
