30 Sessions On Health & Human Service Organizational Performance Only At The 2023 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute

GETTYSBURG, Pa (December 11, 2022)—The 2023 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute, scheduled for February 14 through 16, 2023, in Clearwater Beach, Florida, will prepare specialty provider organizations, health plans, and payers with the strategies and skills needed to improve organizational performance. Featuring 30 sessions specifically designed to support executive attendees in the health and human services industry, the three-day institute offers live and virtual sessions.

The only executive event focused on organizational performance for those serving consumers with complex needs, executive leaders of primary and specialty care provider organizations won’t want to miss the session line-up. Sessions will take a deep dive into requirements and metrics for finance, costing, reporting, outcomes, human resources, workforce management, value-based contracting, and organizational strategies for improving performance.

The institute begins Tuesday, February 14, with two seminars. “Getting To The Right Scale: The OPEN MINDS Seminar On Successful Mergers, Acquisitions, & Affiliations” will be delivered by OPEN MINDS’ Senior Associates, Ken Carr and Joe Naughton-Travers. Ramona Osburn, OPEN MINDS Senior Associate, and Richard Louis, III, OPEN MINDS Vice President, will lead a discussion on “How To Build (& Succeed With) Value-Based Payer Partnerships: An OPEN MINDS Seminar On Best Practices In Marketing, Negotiating, & Contracting With Health Plans”.

Shana Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer from New Directions will kick off the second day of the Institute with her keynote, “Using Technologies & Analytics To Improve Behavioral Health Access & Outcomes: The New Directions Approach to Integrated Care Management,” followed by a thought leader discussion. Tuesday, February 15, will also feature The 2023 OPEN MINDS CFO Summit led by OPEN MINDS’ Senior Associates, Ken Carr and Ray Wolfe, J.D.
