Alera Health Announces The Launch Of ONEcare Network Of Georgia, Expanding Access & Advancing Whole-Health Outcomes Statewide

Wilmington, NC – (October 26, 2025) – Alera Health today announced the formation of the ONEcare Network of Georgia (1CNGA), a statewide clinically integrated network that brings together behavioral health, primary care, hospitals, and payors with a shared mission: to improve access, elevate quality, and deliver measurable outcomes for Georgians across the continuum of care.

ONEcare Network of Georgia launches with an initial group of regional provider organizations from across the state. Together, these partners represent a cross-section of Georgia’s health system committed to advancing integrated care for individuals and families living with behavioral health and co-occurring conditions.

The formation of ONEcare Network of Georgia is a pivotal step forward in our mission to create healthier communities through collaboration,” said Mike Rhoades, CEO of Alera Health. “By uniting providers across the state, we’re ensuring that care is not only more accessible but also more coordinated, which leads to better outcomes and lower costs.”

The network’s approach builds on Alera Health’s successful implementation of clinically integrated networks in other states such as North Carolina, Ohio, and Arizona. Unlike traditional models, ONEcare Networks are fully integrated systems of care designed to help patients move seamlessly between providers based on their medical, behavioral, and social care needs.

Key goals of ONEcare Network of Georgia include:

  • Expanding access to behavioral health and whole-person care for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercially insured populations.
  • Improving health outcomes through data-driven coordination and value-based strategies.
  • Lowering costs by reducing fragmentation, duplicative services, and unnecessary hospitalizations.
  • Strengthening provider collaboration across urban and rural regions of Georgia.

Physical health and mental health are inextricably linked, and both are critical to the well-being of the whole person. This initiative not only recognizes the importance of clinical services for behavioral health conditions, including mental health challenges, substance use, and intellectual developmental disabilities, but enhances access and coordination among vital healthcare providers to improve the health and wellness of individuals and communities,” said Melanie Dallas, Chair of ONEcare Network of GA and CEO of Highland Rivers Behavioral Health.

Initially, the ONEcare Network of Georgia will focus on performance-based contracts with all the major Medicaid health plans that support individuals diagnosed with a primary and/or secondary behavioral health issue.
