Gettysburg, Pa. (May 7, 2023) —In this labor market, provider organizations face tight margins and increasing staff shortages. Workers also have higher expectations about compensation, benefits, and organizational culture. On May 11 at 1:00 PM ET, Iris Sandoval, MBA, Chief of Human Resources (HR) at Emergence Health Network (EHN), will discuss how to use HR data for constant recruitment improvement and retention initiatives during Better Human Resources, Better Staffing—The Emergence Health Network Case Study.
During this one-hour live presentation, Ms. Sandoval will also discuss how HR is a key tool not only for recruiting and retention but also for change management, leadership development, and performance management. She will focus on how to address executive priorities to support strategic plans and initiatives, as well as how to demonstrate HR value through metric-driven and goal-driven problem solving.
“It’s critical that provider organization executives learn how to ‘sell’ their organization to employees in a tight labor market,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss. “Executive teams should develop and update their metrics-driven staffing strategy now. Staffing challenges are not going to get easier.”
