(October 29, 2017) –  OPEN MINDS announced a new coffee break case study program, “Engaging Staff To Make Change Happen At Your Organization,” featuring Senior Associate, Kristi Hamilton, MBA, CPPM. This free webinar will take place as part of OPEN MINDS Management Monday series on Monday, November 6, at 1:00 pm ET.

Ms. Hamilton brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications to the OPEN MINDS team. She previously served as the Director of Marketing Communications for Guild Incorporated, a community-based provider of mental health services in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her areas of expertise include: strategic planning, integrated marketing communications, change communications, and brand and reputation management.

In this free webinar, Ms. Hamilton will discuss her four-step process to engaging staff through environmental and organizational changes. This method seeks to address the internal and external challenges that are partner with changes rapidly occurring in the health and human service field. Engaging staff through these fluctuations are imperative to the longevity of new project and initiatives, as well as organizational success. Ms. Hamilton will also be sharing her experience working with a community-based provider of mental health and supportive services who sought such counsel in mending internal problems while seeking improved external results.
