Mr. Naughton-Travers started his career as a behavioral health clinician, working in both child welfare and community mental health clinic settings. He has also held multiple senior positions for community-based mental health organizations and programs. In his tenure with OPEN MINDS, Mr. Naughton-Travers has led dozens of client initiatives for service line expansion, served as editor of OPEN MINDS publications, and is the author of many groundbreaking articles and presentations.

Deanne Cornette, MHA, GPC, Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS, brings over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Ms. Cornette offers noted expertise in strategic planning, grant writing, and revenue development. Previously, Ms. Cornette was the Vice President of Strategic Development for Tampa Family Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center.
