Going Hybrid—Powering Your Future Care Model With The Right Technology—OPEN MINDS Announces 2022 Circle Elite Executive Roundtable January 6, 2022
Gettysburg, Pa. (December 27, 2021) – On Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 1:00 pm ET, OPEN MINDS will launch the 2022 Circle Elite Executive Roundtable Series with the first webinar of the year, Going Hybrid—Powering Your Future Care Model With The Right Technology. This webinar for executives of health and human services organizations features Carolyn Spence, Chief Information Officer for Alexander Youth Network, and OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Carol Clayton, Ph.D. discussing top technologies driving service delivery in a hybrid service model, how to evaluate what technologies are best for your organization, and funding options to assist providers in staying connected and competitive in today’s new landscape.
“While the hybrid service model may not be new,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss. “Growing adoption rates, payer coverage, and technologies have all improved with the pandemic. As this model becomes not only acceptable by today’s consumer, but expected, providers must be prepared to stay competitive and provide accessible care to consumers.”
Prior to the pandemic, less than 0.01% of total behavioral health visits incorporated telehealth. According to the 2021 Covid19 Mental Health Impact Report noted that during the pandemic, telehealth visits spiked at a 6,500% increase in one year. While we have already seen a return to in-clinic visits, according to a study by Vizient, behavioral health telehealth visits reached as high as 79% in April 2020 but by January 2021 had leveled out at 68%. (See Telehealth numbers leveled off but remained high for behavioral health). But leveling out is still the majority and appears to be the trend moving forward and providers must engage or be left behind.
In the upcoming Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, executive attendees will learn
- Top technologies for managing hybrid service offerings.
- What to include in a check list when evaluating technology options, including existing systems.
- Funding options available to expand service through technology.
