Building A Leadership Team For A Performance-Focused World – The Theme Of The 2018 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (December 3, 2017) — OPEN MINDS announced the theme of their 2018 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat – building a leadership team for a performance-focused world. The retreat will be held in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania from September 18-22, 2018. This retreat is designed as an annual boot camp for current and future health and human services leaders to hone their leadership skills for the challenges of competing on performance in an increasingly value-based environment.

The retreat will feature over 30 executive sessions, including didactic educational sessions; panel discussions with industry thought leaders; case model learning sessions featuring innovative organizations and programs; and historic case study presentations focused on the leadership lessons from the Battle of Gettysburg.
