(April 25, 2021) – On April 29 at 1:00 pm ET, OPEN MINDS will host the executive web forum, How To Build Win-Win Payer Partnerships: Marketing, Negotiating & Contracting With Health Plans, for executives of health and human service organizations. This executive web forum, featuring OPEN MINDS Vice President, Richard Louis, and Senior Associate, Cathy Gilbert, will discuss the fundamentals of developing outreach and engagement with payers.

Richard Louis, III has extensive experience as a behavioral health administrator, business development specialist and innovator of new service lines. Before joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Louis was the Director of Development For – Behavior & Addiction Medicine at Southern California Healthcare Systems Inc of Prospect Medical. He was involved with projects focused on health care integration, new service lines, and health plan contract development.
Cathy Gilbert is an executive with over twenty years of experience in the health care industry including non-profit, government, and private insurance with ten years progressively higher-level experience in provider networks in the behavioral health arena.
