On Thursday, November 10, the day begins with Dr. Elizabeth (Betsy) Cuervo Tilson, State Health Director & Chief Medical Officer, North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, sharing her keynote, “Connecting The Dots: How North Carolina Is Creating Statewide Coordinated Network For Consumers,” how North Carolina is leveraging health care data across platforms, working to break down siloes, and helping improve access to care.
